All the finishes, decoration, fittings, lightings, furniture, chattels, items, planters, landscape, etc. of the Development or any part thereof shown in the computer rendering are the artist’s impression and are for reference only and may not be provided in the Development. The computer rendering does not reflect the actual condition, actual view from the Development or actual appearance of the Development, clubhouse, recreational facilities or other relevant parts thereof. The Vendor reserves the right to amend and/or replace the above fittings, finishes and appliances of the common parts of the Development with other fittings, finishes and appliance. The computer rendering shall not constitute or be regarded as giving any representation or warrant (whether expressly or impliedly). The Vendor advises prospective purchasers to conduct an on-site visit for a better understanding of the development site, its surrounding environment and the public facilities nearby. Clubhouse and/or the facilities in the recreational facilities and their completion date is subject to final approval of Buildings Department, Lands Department and/or other relevant Government departments. Clubhouse/recreational facilities may not be immediately available for use upon the handing over of residential properties to purchasers. The use and operation of some parts of the facilities and/or services are subject to the issuance of consent or permits by the relevant Government departments and may require payment of charges. The names of various areas of the clubhouse and facilities are promotional names and will not appear in the deed of mutual covenant, preliminary agreement for sale and purchase, agreement for sale and purchase, assignment or other title deeds.
